  Code review for structural loading requirements:
  
  Project: 110' x 3272' building
  65' x 120' building
  
  Code: 1998 State Building Code 675 IAC 13-2.3
  
  Building Occupancy:
  
  312.1 States that Class 1 agricultural buildings are to be classified as Group U-1.
  
  A class 1 structure is one which is entered by one or more employees, or is open
  to the public.
  
  312.2.2 States that would-be U-1 buildings exceeding 1000 sq. ft. shall be classified
  as one of the other occupancies most nearly resembling its use. Occupancy F-2 is the
  likely the best fit. F-2 allows unlimited area if a 60' clear yard exists all around the
  building. (505.2) Under F-2, the 20 psf snow load called for in Table 16 would be
  required.
  
  312.6 In cases where this type and size building is deemed by the local authority to
  not be class 1, the project need not be submitted to State Plan Review. The local
  authority is free to regulate the project. In these cases the local authority should be
  consulted for loading requirements.
  
  Per County Buildings Dept, this project would be considered Class 1, and
  submittal to State Plan Review is required. See p. 2 summary of design criteria.
